POSITION SUMMARY 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Infor Analyst specializing in Global Human Resources (GHR) systems to join our team. The Infor Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our Infor GHR solution. This role will collaborate closely with HR leaders, business partners, and IT teams to ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our HR systems and processes. 

EDUCATION 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or IT related field. 

EXPERIENCE 

  • 5 years’ experience in programming or scripting preferred. 
  • 2 years working in Infor as a system admin preferred. 
  • Experience in healthcare preferred. 
  • Experience with SQL queries, database management, and data integration tools. 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

  • Strong analytical skills and orientation to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Familiarity with payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling processes and concepts. 
  • Basic understanding of payroll, time collection and scheduling regulations, and compliance. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio). 
  • Certification in Infor within 3 months of hire. 
WORKING CONDITIONS - ADA INFORMATION 

Business setting, indoors with possibility of irregular hours and/or call back, moderate to heavy stress on a continued basis. Required to work flexible schedule in order to accommodate on-call and other responsibility including accessing system from out-of-campus to analyze/resolve system problem/halts. Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays on occasions during conversion of software/operating system, or installation of enhancements/hardware, or to meet deadlines. Require full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity, eye and hand coordination. Requires standing, walking, and sitting for periods of time. Requires corrected vision to acceptable range. Requires lifting, approximately 50 pounds, transporting and installing computer equipment. Must have valid driver’s license.
