POSITION SUMMARY
Maintains great Customer Service Skill. Operates cash register. Reconciles cash and reports. Maintains operation of serving line including set-up, serving, and break-down. Maintains dining area. Follows local health and proper food handling procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Requires extensive standing and walking. Requires lifting and bending using correct techniques. Able to lift up to 30lbs. Exposed to hazard of burns and cuts due to working with hot equipment, sharp knives, and meat slicer. Exposure to infectious material and hazardous chemicals.
